Hello!! Welcome to my site!

I am Erica Crawford and I am delighted to welcome you to my webpage! I hope you will stay and learn a little bit about me. I am originally from South Los Angeles, CA (Go Lakers!) and currently work as a live-in Residential Life Coordinator in Student Affairs at the California Institute of Technology. I thoroughly enjoy working with and supporting students through their journey in higher education! I hope to lead my own Division of Student Affairs someday and continue working as an advocate and support for students as they navigate college. As a first-generation college student and dedicated Student Affairs practitioner, it is important for me to provide others the same type of support that I received while in college.I am currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree (EdD) in Educational Leadership, with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. When I am not working or reading for class/writing papers, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching TV, reading for leisure, blogging, traveling, shopping, cooking and eating all of the delicious foods, of course. :) Feel free to reach out to me via any of the contacts listed at the bottom of the webpage. Best Wishes!!
